Rainhaven's Opalsnt White Sox 1*M T1276975 X +*B Pasha PCB Sir John T762765p
Like her sire, John, Olympia (photo above) is polled and has remained a very dark chocolate brown. She is an extremely petite doe, so I will be breeding her to one of Charisma's mini-Togg sons for an early spring 2007 kidding. I hope that when she freshens, her teat size is significantly larger than her dam's. I will be shocked if this little doe has anything less than amazing production and udder qualities.

Rainhaven's Darling Violetta T1158075 X SGCH +*B Whispering*Hope Vida Blue T391509p
Diva is the younger full sister to Angel & Valentine, with the same elegant delicate appearance and is also polled, with no wattles. I will breed her for a spring 2007 kidding, either to a mini-Togg son of Charisma's or else to Caruso. I would like her offspring to have a bit more width and continue to work at increasing production and udder capacity from what her dam Vi has. Her sire Vida Blue is on ADGA's Superior Genetics list.

SG Rainhaven's Izadora Belle T1158072 X SGCH +*B Whiterox Socrates T622967p
Portia & Talia are full sisters to Lily, who is 4 years older. I repeated this match because Lily is such a great milk producer with a phenomenal udder (Lily has earned her SG denoting placement on the Superior Genetics list, as have dam Iz and sire Socrates). Portia & Talia are a bit more refined in bone structure. Portia is polled, Talia is disbudded. I will breed them to kid in early spring of 2007.

Veronica T(pending),
D.o.B. 2.27.06
Rainhaven's Velvet White Sox 1*M T1205637 X Rainhaven's Blue Irish Rogue T1357156p
Littermate: wether Quinn
Veronica is overall an exceptionally smooth looking doe, with perfectly balanced strength and dairy femininity; exactly the look I hoped to get from blending my two lines. The improvements over her dam that I hope to see when she freshens are increased area of udder attachment and milk production with teat placement lower on the udder. I will breed her to one of Charisma's mini-Togg sons for a June 2007 kidding.

Vanessa T(pending)p,
D.o.B. 3.1.06
Rainhaven's Blue Valentine T126435p X Rainhaven's SuprNova Starfrost T1357155p
Littermate: Donovan T(pending)p
So far it looks like 'Nessa and Donovan have a bit more width, inherited from Nova. Nessa and Donovan are both polled and have wattles. This is another young doe I plan on mating with one of my mini-Togg bucklings for a June 2007 kidding. The main improvement I hope she has is greatly increased udder capacity and production.

Rogue
Angel Leah T(pending),
D.o.B. 3.2.06
Rainhaven's Blue Angel T1265434p X Rainhaven's Blue Irish Rogue T1357156p
Leah has Whispering Hope Vida Blue as her grandsire on both her dam's and sire's side; since I don't plan on using any more of the Vida Blue semen for several generations, I wanted to double up on it at this point and see what I can get for milk production out of Vi's lineage that so far has not been as good as from her twin Izadora's daughters. I was concerned that this "double Blue" cross would produce offspring that were too delicate, but am very pleased that Leah appears to be very balanced with the amount of Strength and Dairyness. She is disbudded and has two wattles. Like Vanessa and Veronica, I will use one of Charisma's mini-Togg sons on Leah for a June 2007 kidding.
